The MAEN Skymaster 38 MKIII Watchfinder Limited Edition Ref. SWF.01 is a distinctive collaboration between Swedish watchmaker MAEN and renowned watch specialist Watchfinder, inspired by the exotic racing chronographs of the 1960s and 1970s. Released in 2023 for a limited ordering period, this special edition features a stunning tropical brown sunburst dial with contrasting chronograph registers and vintage-inspired detailing reminiscent of highly collectible “Paul Newman” racing dials. Its 38mm stainless steel case measures 47mm lug-to-lug and 13.4mm thick, featuring a sandblasted tachymeter bezel, box-domed sapphire crystal, and exhibition caseback. Vintage-toned Super-LumiNova, 100 meters of water resistance, and a brown Tropic-style rubber strap complete its classic motorsport aesthetic.

Inside is the Swiss-made Sellita SW510Mb Top Grade manually wound chronograph movement, featuring 23 jewels, a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour, and approximately 60 hours of power reserve. The movement's traditional hand-wound architecture reinforces the watch's vintage character, while its decorated construction can be admired through the sapphire caseback. Each Watchfinder collaboration was individually numbered and originally accompanied by a matching certificate of authenticity and special presentation box. With its uncommon tropical dial, compact proportions, Swiss mechanical chronograph movement, and limited production, the SWF.01 offers a particularly collectible interpretation of MAEN's signature Skymaster design.
